AINDF Screen Author

AINDF Screen Author reads pinned component, prop and slot contracts through a connected DS-MCP, then authors ScreenSpec JSON. It requires a compatible external AINDF-enabled design-system bundle and connected DS-MCP; these are not included in the instruction skill. Missing capabilities become extension requests.
