Laguna is Poolside's family of foundation models built for agentic coding. Laguna M.1 is a 225B-parameter Mixture-of-Experts flagship (23B active) trained from scratch on 30T tokens with a 256K context window for complex, long-horizon software engineering; Laguna XS.2 is a compact 33B MoE (3B active) open-weight model small enough to run locally on a 36GB Mac. Both reach strong SWE-bench Verified scores and are released under Apache 2.0, available via API and OpenRouter. Featured on Product Hunt (June 21, 2026).
