Rehearsal AI Failure Planner

Generate structured failure-test plans from bounded workflow counts and feature flags through a free anonymous JSON API. The default plan covers valid input, duplicate events, missing fields, HTTP 429 recovery, persistent 503 errors, empty success responses, customer pairing in batches, and malformed model output. Each scenario includes a fixture, fault, expected behavior and observations. This is a deterministic planning tool: every scenario is marked not_executed. It does not upload, inspect or execute workflows, call live models, or accept credentials. OpenAPI, SKILL.md, AUTH.md and llms.txt are public.
