Taskhold is a hosted task list shared by a person and their coding agents. You add and order tasks in the web app; Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf or any MCP client reads and updates the same list through the remote MCP server at https://taskhold.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, Bearer API key from a setup URL). Agents pick up the next task, add notes as they go, block with a question when they need you, and complete with a summary. Every change is marked as made by you or by an agent. Tools include taskhold_get_current, taskhold_list, taskhold_search, taskhold_create, taskhold_create_from_todo, taskhold_start, taskhold_block, taskhold_add_note and taskhold_complete.
